SavedBy Package Protection is offered to all customers by default at checkout. SavedBy protects clients above and beyond what most shipping carriers offer; up to a maximum cart (not per item) value of $1,500 for stolen, lost or damaged packages. Shopping cart values in excess of $1,500 do not qualify for SavedBy Package Protection. Once your shopping cart value exceeds $1,500 SavedBy will automatically be removed from your shopping cart. SavedBy is optional to all Tile ProSource customers, but will automatically be added to the cart by default for cart values less than $1500. You can opt out of this additional protection by simply navigating back to the shopping cart and declining protection, in which case your package will be insured for the default amount UPS, FedEx or USPS offer. Although it not required, SavedBy package protection is the quickest and easiest way to resolve shipping problems.
